2. Eligibility

To participate in KIIIT Got Latent, you must:

• Provide complete and accurate information.
• Meet the eligibility requirements for the applicable event.
• Be legally capable of entering into this agreement.
• Obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian if required by applicable law.

KIIIT Got Latent reserves the right to verify participant information and reject any application at its sole discretion.

3. Registration and Applications

By submitting an application, you confirm that:

• All information provided is true and accurate.
• You have the legal right to submit any content you provide.
• Submission of an application does not guarantee selection.
• KIIIT Got Latent may accept or reject any application without providing a reason.

All selection decisions are final.

4. Participant Responsibilities

Participants agree to:

• Follow all instructions issued by the organizers.
• Behave respectfully toward judges, hosts, crew members, volunteers, sponsors, and fellow participants.
• Follow venue rules and applicable laws.
• Cooperate during auditions, rehearsals, recordings, and events.

Participants must not:

• Engage in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour.
• Damage venue property or production equipment.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Impersonate another individual.
• Disrupt the production or event.
• Engage in illegal activities.

* Violation of these Terms may result in immediate removal or disqualification.

5. Auditions and Selection

Participation in an audition does not guarantee:

• Selection for any episode.
• Appearance in published content.
• Winning any competition.
• Future participation.

KIIIT Got Latent reserves the right to modify its selection process at any time.

6. Recording and Media Consent

Participants acknowledge that auditions, rehearsals, interviews, and events may be photographed, audio recorded, video recorded, livestreamed, or otherwise documented.

By participating in KIIIT Got Latent, you expressly grant KIIIT Got Latent permission to record your name, image, likeness, voice, performance, interviews, and any other appearance connected with the event.

You grant KIIIT Got Latent a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable license to:

• Record your participation.
• Edit your recordings.
• Reproduce your recordings.
• Publish your recordings.
• Broadcast your recordings.
• Livestream your recordings.
• Distribute your recordings.
• Promote your recordings.
• Archive your recordings.

This includes publication on:

You acknowledge and agree that your recordings may remain publicly available indefinitely unless KIIIT Got Latent decides to remove them or removal is required by applicable law.

You understand that KIIIT Got Latent is under no obligation to edit, remove, or delete any published content upon request.

No additional payment, royalty, or compensation shall be owed solely because your content is published or reused in accordance with these Terms unless separately agreed in writing.

7. Participant Responsibility for Statements

Every participant is solely responsible for everything they say, perform, demonstrate, display, or communicate during auditions, interviews, recordings, rehearsals, performances, live events, backstage interactions, or any KIIIT Got Latent activity.

Participants agree that they will not knowingly:

• Make defamatory statements.
• Promote hatred or discrimination.
• Threaten or harass others.
• Violate any law.
• Infringe another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Engage in unlawful or harmful conduct.

Each participant accepts full legal responsibility for the content of their own statements and actions.

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless KIIIT Got Latent, its organizers, judges, hosts, crew members, volunteers, sponsors, employees, and affiliates against any claims, legal proceedings, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the participant's own statements, conduct, or performances.

KIIIT Got Latent reserves the right—but not the obligation—to edit, mute, blur, remove, refuse to publish, or take down any content that it believes may violate applicable law, these Terms, or its community standards.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, graphics, website content, software, videos, photographs, designs, and original production materials created by or for KIIIT Got Latent are the intellectual property of KIIIT Got Latent or their respective owners.

Participants retain ownership of their original performances and works but grant KIIIT Got Latent the rights described in these Terms for operating, publishing, and promoting the platform.

No person may copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit KIIIT Got Latent content without prior written permission.

9. User-Submitted Content

You are solely responsible for all content you submit.

You represent that:

• You own the content or have permission to use it.
• Your content does not infringe intellectual property rights.
• Your content is lawful.
• Your content is not fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or misleading.

KIIIT Got Latent reserves the right to reject or remove submitted content at its discretion.

10. Code of Conduct

Users and participants shall not:

• Post illegal or offensive material.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Upload malware or harmful software.
• Interfere with platform operations.
• Misrepresent any affiliation with KIIIT Got Latent.

11. Disqualification

KIIIT Got Latent may suspend, remove, or permanently disqualify any participant for:

• Violating these Terms.
• Misconduct or fraud.
• Safety violations or illegal activities.
• Behaviour that may harm the reputation or operations of KIIIT Got Latent.

All decisions regarding disqualification are final.

12. Event Changes

KIIIT Got Latent may modify, postpone, relocate, reschedule, or cancel any audition, recording, competition, or event whenever reasonably necessary.

13. Third-Party Services

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services.

KIIIT Got Latent is not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

14. Privacy

Your use of KIIIT Got Latent is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described therein.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Event cancellation.
• Participant selection or disqualification.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KIIIT Got Latent, its organizers, judges, hosts, volunteers, employees, sponsors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, legal costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms.
• Your participation in our events.
• Your unlawful conduct.
• Your infringement of another person's rights.

18. Termination

KIIIT Got Latent reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services or participation in any event if these Terms are violated.
